Emediate produced advanced, autonomous and intelligent agents that are able to converse over multiple media types. One of these media types is standard telephony service. As part of the development team it was my position to guide product architecture and do component integration. Day to day duties also included issue and project management.
As part of the Professional Services team I provided professional consulting in the deployment of advanced CTI enabled call centers and applications integration. Customers include: Vanguard, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ernst&Young, The Sabre Group and Genesys Telecommunications.
